Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c brown sugar
2 sticks butter
12 oz molasses
7 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1-4 eggs

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Cream the brown sugar into butter, then add molasses. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and spices. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Keep adding eggs until texture seems right for rolled cookie dough. If it’s too moist, just ad a bit of flour. On floured surface, roll out to 1/4-inch cut shapes and bake about 10 minutes. Cool and decorate.
